It’s hard for me to eat frequently enough at work, and then I go into low blood sugar mode and get intense cravings for salty, unhealthy foods!

Susan, my biggest challenge to healthy eating is the unexpected emergency surgery that I have just gone through for ovarian and fallopian cysts. I have to rely on my husband to cook for me right now, and he just isn’t interested in even attempting raw food preparation, in his words “it is too much of a fuss!” Since incorporating raw into my diet, including your recipes, I have more energy, better skin, better health, vitality and my weight has balanced for the first time in years. I was just sourcing a return to Tai Chi and Yoga before the cysts floored me. I am loving my new found raw life!

My biggest challenge is to get my two year old to eat healthy, because he doesnt like to try new foods or touch foods with his hands. So it limits my options to stews and rice , and his daycare has a finger food only policy! Every daycare day is a struggle…..

My biggest challenge is consistently prizing the pleasure of eating to nourish my body or soul over the ease of eating for convenience and comfort. Your blog is a huge help and inspiration though – thank you so much!!
    * aaaaand one other challenge – finding nut-free raw recipes that satisfy my usual craving for dairy and creamy things. I’ve seen some great posts on your site in the past and would love to see more in the future! : )

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is finding healthy recipes to fit my budget. Also temptations everywhere examples fast food places and sweets my weakness. Prepping time getting food ready before a busy day. Like cleaning and cutting fruits and veggies. Less process food soon be no more process food. More whole foods! But It’s a good thing! Hope you understand everything I wrote!
