For me, the biggest challenge to eating healthy is beating the evening munchies. I work very long hours, and although I put a LOT of time and energy into preparing healthy whole, raw, and live foods for my family, I seem to fall into the trap of snacking before bed. And then I wonder ….. why don’t I sleep well??!

My biggest healthy eating challenge is to stop snacking in the evenings. These snacks are all good wholefoods but my body doesn’t need them or digest them well. I am so grateful to be living in re over from food addiction & when this aspect is no longer problematic I’ll be buzzing!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is money – currently looking for work and having to rely on the foodbank and there is very little there that is healthy- mostly white bread, junk carbs and sugar stuff.

I’m vegan for 3 years now, but would love to incorporate raw food into my diet more and with your wonderful cookbooks it would make it a lot easier having delicious raw food ideas. Thanks for your beautiful receipts.

My biggest challenge to healthy eating is weekly meal planning. My schedule is hectic and with a new baby that doesn’t sleep, I’m exhausted. Getting healthy and nutritious meals on the table for my family is a priority. Allocating the time to do so is an entirely different issue.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is finding raw, organic vegetables for sale in a small Midwestern town. It’s time to get back to the ways of my grandparents – plant an heirloom garden, dry, and store my produce. Your recipes truly are “rawmazing” and your photography a source of inspiration. Thank you for what you do!

If I get busy for a few days, by the time I am ready to make the recipe, the fresh ingredients spoil. Also, I don’t have a lot of storage space.

Eating raw has changed my life. I try to eat 70% of my food raw. (Still working toward 100%). I have lost weight and feel great. I would be thrilled to get your cookbooks!
