Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!

Giveaway! Rawmazing.com

It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

Biggest challenge for me is not to eat before bed!

My biggest challenge to healthy eating is only buying for one! Fresh food seems to rot in my fridge before I can use it 🙁 I’m looking for more options to use up the food I want to buy.

My biggest challenge is finding places to eat healthfully when caught away from home in this mid-west, small town, rural farm area where meal choices are listed by their meat options, and if there is such a thing as a vegetarian option, it probably includes dairy, egg, or fish and/or is loaded with oil, salt, and/or sugar. Too often the grocery store is the best option or just fast until I get home.

Pastries! I’ve been employed at Starbucks for several years and it’s always a challenge to avoid the pastry case with its vast variety of flaky pastries that are full of sugar and fat that I must resist for 8 hours a shift. That’s really my only vice because I don’t purchase sweets from the grocery store anymore 🙂

Getting discouraged and not staying disciplined after negative comments from others who claim eating all this health food benefits no one.

Time! I’m often wanting to eat something quick and prepare something that is quick and easy–I’m often not thinking far enough ahead!
