My main struggle is sticking to what feels good for me (for my body) and what sits right with me ethically (mind and spirit) when my friends and family don’t get it, giving in to conformity to keep others happy and to make life easier, even after I’ve managed a good stint of eating ‘right’…expectations and judgements always get the better of me. So really, my own weakness!

My biggest challenge is finding the right recipes for my eight year old. She is great at drinking smoothies and eating raw cakes, sweets and chocolate but the green stuff seems impossible to get down her unless it’s cooked . I have found many ways of camouflaging the green with fruits but there is only so many recipes that take extra blueberries 😀 Many thanks for giving us a chance to win. All the best, Benita <3

Currently, my biggest challenge is finding organic food. I am in Yuma, AZ for a few weeks and the pickings are very limited. Never-the-less, I am maintaining healthy choices by going to the farmers market, even though there are only TWO farmers and the prices are QUADRUPLE what they are in southern California, and looking hard at all the local supermarkets,

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is finding healthy recipes to make that fit my budget range. Also temptations everywhere examples fast food places and sweets my weakness. Plus prepping time to make healthy meals before a busy day. Like cleaning and cutting fruits and veggies. Planning to eat lesser process foods more whole foods! My goal is to not eat process foods no more! It’s a good thing! Hope you guys understand what I wrote!

Cravings for unhealthy food during times when things aren’t going right (apparently this is the brain trying to increase serotonin for happiness….) and ease of obtaining that type of food.

As a single mom of five, my biggest challenge in buying raw organic food is…affordability. Healthy raw food is undeniably more expensive than non organic. I LOVE your recipes and have been searching for raw cook books in second hand shops for quite some time, but to no avail. I would definitely consider RAWMAZING cook books as THE MOST VALUABLE addition to my cook book library.
