The biggest challenge to eating healthy for me is adding variety to my meals – I seem to eat the same meals/same vegetables over and over which does get boring after a while…

The hardest thing about eating raw is those around me do not like to eat as raw as me. I find myself making 2 meals at times. Also I got into raw later in my life, and at this stage, my daughter was around 12. As I developed my love for raw, and tried to also incorporate it into her diet, she rebelled against this lifestyle. I find now (she’s 14) that I can convince her to eat some raw, but not as much as I’d like. The good news is that we are mostly organic, and around 35% raw/65% cooked. I’d love the books to be able to create delicious meals and increase our raw consumption 🙂

The biggest challenge would definitely have to be other people’s perception/opinion of what I eat. But communities like these keep me grounded and strong 🙂

My biggest challenge is keeping focus not getting overwhelmed with all the choices!

the biggest challenge is my husband does not like to eat raw all the time and I
seem to have no will power when it comes to some of the great dishes he cooks
for dinner.

My biggest struggle, as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, is helping other people get over their pre-conceived notion that healthy means deprivation! Thanks for helping me prove otherwise!

I’m good at having soup and salad ready and available, usually, but when it gets busy and we are out alot it takes a good amount of time to prepare good food and then use it up on time. It’s hard when there are not alot of quick choices when we are out.

My biggest challenge is probably the price of eating healthy.
