Let me chime in here. I worked with Susan on the final edits of the book so I got a sneak peek – and a chance to test several of the recipes. A few comments: first, it’s gorgeous – as always, the work is impeccable and the layout beautiful. I’m giving it to two friends, one a chef who’s not raw at all, just because I know they’ll love the TASTE of these desserts. I made the Chocolate Ganache Torte, the Vanilla Custard, the Chocolate Mousse, the Raspberry Sorbet, Chocolate Raspberry Torte (You can see I love chocolate) and the simple raw chocolate – which I kept in the frig to eat for days! When my book arrives, I’m looking forward to making everything else… especially the apple pie and those chocolate cupcakes. Macaroons and …. trying to remember… everything was so delicious. So easy to make – I have never made a cake in 20 minutes! But it’s the quality of the result that most impressed me – and my husband and kids (who are not raw foodies like me but know good treats when they taste them!)

Hi — me too, I’m wondering how many recipes are in the book. I’m also wondering if there’s any chance of finding out more about what kinds of recipes they are i.e. table of contents? I have so many other raw dessert recipes books that my mind says No, but if I am lured by pictures or compelling descriptions, I might just have to give in. 🙂
I love the pix so far — looks beautiful.

The book has over 140 pages. There are 42 recipes each with a full color photograph. They are all fabulous! There is also an ingredient section, an equipment section and many tips through out. Every recipe has been tested by raw and non-raw people and each one is a favorite!
