There are some big things happening around here and I can’t wait to share with you! I just am finishing my last day of my Challenge 21 full raw cleans and boy do I feel alive. So alive, I have decided to shake things up around here a bit. The fun part is that I need your help!

My first announcement is that my second raw food recipe book, “No Dehydrator Required” is well underway. After spending 9 months putting together Rawmazing Desserts, this one will go so much faster. A lot was learned along the way. “No Dehydrator Required” is going to be full of new recipes, tips, hints, and bonus information. All with the same level of ease and taste and quality that you are used to from Rawmazing.

Here is where I need your help. I have quite a list of recipes, but if there is any raw food recipe you would like to see me take on…just post a comment in the comment section and I will take a look! I am hoping (keep your fingers crossed) to have this one done by late October or early November.

My second announcement is that starting next week, we will be doing a give-a-way, every week through December! I am so excited about this as it gives me a great opportunity to introduce you to some of my favorite things! Check back Monday to see what our first week will bring! Also, if you have a product that you would be interested in having highlighted, drop me an email at Susan@Rawmazing.com.

I love to see variety of ways to make veggie wraps with cream dressing with very little nuts or none (such as no pates). 🙂 I look forward to your recipes!

I would LOVE to hear from a crumble or an apple pie… Because it seems to me that a dehydrator is required to soften apple pieces. The raw crust is ok without dehydrating, but marinated apple pieces are still hard. Is there any trick for this ?

I love squash – all kinds of squash but have only found recipes for pureeing it or making it into soup. Is there anything else??

How about a raw form of a veggie burger? I’m trying to avoid spending the money on the dehydrator and I’ve been doing okay so far, even not using the oven!

    Hello,
How about a raw risotto. I love it but am trying to say away from cheese and also be raw!

    Hi Susan,

I love banoffee pie, put it’s quite possibly the most calorie loaded dessert ever. Do you think you could offer us a raw version?

There is a raw banana cream tort with a chocolate sauce in the Rawmazing Cookbook!

How about non-dehydrator macaroons? I love love love macaroons, and really like the consistency of the dehydrator ones, but is there a way to do it in a low temp oven? I can’t seem to make it work. Also, it would be amazing to be able to do a raw bread that way.

You can do all of the dehydrator recipes in the oven…they just won’t be raw. This book is going to be no dehydrator…or oven (as I still want it to be raw) 🙂 How low is the low temp on your oven? I am assuming that it is not convection?
