We no longer use that page. You will find a tab on top of the site that says “Recipes”. There is a picture index there. Cheers!

I am allergic to cashews, oranges, avocado and coconut – what can I use to substitute these ingredients?

It completely depends on the specific recipe, what purpose the ingredient serves and the flavor profile of the recipe. There isn’t a one size fits all for substitutions. You can read more on the FAQ page.

    Hi Susan,
    Love your dessert recipes.
I was just wondering when you talk about agave, do you mean agave nectar?
Can this be substituted with e.g. honey? Thank you!

Yes, I do mean agave nectar. You can try substitutions but since I don’t make the recipes with them, I can’t give you the amounts. Cheers!

Can I substitute caocoa butter for oil? Or can you tell me how to make butter at home?
    Many Thanks!

You can buy raw cashews. Navitas Naturals sell raw cashews that are processed at very low heat to keep them raw. Cheers!

Hello – I have heard of a ‘raw lemon slice’ made in Adelaide but cannot find a recipe for this online – have you got this amongst your recipes – many thanks :))

Hi, I just made your apple-cranberry cheese cake and everyone loved it!

Do you have a recipe for carrot cake by any chance?

    You have a wonderful website.
    Thank you very much,
    Victoria

    Hello,
Just subscribed to your website and just love all these wonderful recipes.

I am wondering if you have ever made a raw apple pie? If so, would you publish the recipe?

    Thank you.

Sorry…haven’t done one yet. I have been considering it for my next cookbook.
