KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender Give Away!

This contest has ended.

I couldn’t help myself. I saw a video on how the KitchenAid blender beat both the Vitamix and the Blendtec blenders in a test. Considering it is about 1/4 to 1/3rd the price, I just had to get one and put it through it’s paces. So for the next few days, I will be blending and reporting. And on Friday…because I want you all to know how much I appreciate you, I will be giving it away! (Make sure you read the rules below or your entry won’t count.)

To enter, simply leave a comment in the comment section telling me why you are interested in raw food. It can be as simple as one word, or as long as you like. I will pick a winner on Friday with a random number generator and announce who won on Friday. Entries will close at noon on Friday.

So far, I am pretty darn impressed. This is what I am eating for lunch. Right this minute. Slurp!

I feel better inside and out since going raw and believe in the nutritional importance of putting real unprocessed food into our bodies!

I am healing from a bilateral mastectomy & reconstructive surgery…I will also be having a third surgery this Fall. Eating raw foods has helped me heal faster, given me energy and kept me in shape while exercise was not an option. Also, I enjoy whole foods so much, eating them raw has been a whole new way for me to have fun in hte kitchen! Next I want to try a dehydrator!

My interest in raw foods began when my husband was quite ill and nothing was helping. We started eating raw foods to see what would happen and wouldn’t you know….Let your food be your medicine! A year later we are still eating raw and he is improving every day.

I am a clean eater and I like the idea of eating food in it’s original state.

I have been experimenting with Raw foods over the last 6 months mainly due to health reasons. I was eating a high protein, high processed diet and I constantly had stomach cramps and felt sick all the time. My personal trainer told me about raw and I haven’t looked back. I love experimenting with different foods and the flavor is amazing! Even my partner loves trying new raw foods I make. It has changed my life! Thank you Raw!

I have lots of allergies and food intolerances so I am very limited in what I can eat. That’s why raw food interests me.
