I am very happy being vegan!! Most of the time I am only feeding myself and it’s pretty easy to even be fully raw. Those times when my taste buds are longing for something else, I usually look to the web (mostly rawmazing!) for ideas. It would be so awesome to be able to rely on my own skills to prepare nutritious and delicious balanced meals! I always struggle with the balance issue! I am also working toward having my own 100% vegan cafe’ and know that a Rouxbe Certification would go a long way in helping me to create a memorable menu. Lastly…I don’t have the knowledge necessary to keep from having to use some prepackaged processed foods. I want to eliminate that! So thanks for considering me as the recipient. 🙂

I am currently studying to be a certified health coach & a class on plant-based cooking would definitely add to my repertoire. But personally, I’ve been considering going back to being vegan because I felt fantastic when I was. Problem was I seemed to be cooking all the time & I know that’s because I wasn’t skilled in it so it always took so much longer than it should have. So this class would definitely help me in my quest to go plant-based again!

I LOVE Rouxbe!! It has been my dream one day to take this certification course. There’s nothing I love more than preparing healthy nutritious meals for others. The presentation must appeal to others along with the taste and Rouxbe chefs seem to do this really well. Plant based diet is the way to health. Not only for us but for the planet and all our animal friends.

I would love to win this class so much! I want and need to move towards an even more vegetarian life, but struggle as I’ve had 45 years of eating meat and a husband who desires meat with dinner. Yes, yes, yes! I’ve been extolling the pleasures and benefits of a plant based diet for over a decade now. I’m always looking for opportunities to expand my recipe repertoire, and I can certainly benefit from a knife skills course.
