Hi. I would love to get this cooking course because I really want to learn about how to create delicious + healthy foods so that I can start a plant-based café. However, I have to be able to cook really well in order to attract customers, because I’m in South Dakota right now, which is rancher country!

Like so many others, my health journey turned dangerous 18 months ago, including auto-immune disease (Celiac; Rheumatoid Arthritis), as well as Atrial Fibrillation, among others. In addition to improving my own health, the skills learned in this wonderful course would help me improve the health of others, including those I love, my family, my hubby and my 90 year old Mom. I Love teaching people easy and fun ways to embrace a plantbased diet. I presently teach classes out of my home and would love to learn more culinary skills to pass on to my students. Oh my, where to begin. I’ve clicked on the Rouxbe Cooking School link I don’t know how many times, wishing and hoping. The tuition price is reasonable, that’s not it. The issue for me is not being able to scrape together the funds to enroll. I don’t often dream or have desires in life. I’ve simply taken what has come and done my best with it. Learning plant-based cooking qualifies as dream. Yes it does. I struggle with being creative with my plant-based diet, and also with coaching others who look to me for answers (I lead a healthier lifestyle than most of my friends and they seem to believe I have all the answers for them but truly I do not, I just am more inquisitive I think). This giveaway is so generous and wonderful, one could only hope to win it, and I thank you for the opportunity. I’ve been a vegan for over three years and rely on my local library for cookbooks and the internet for blogs to inspire me and teach me new tricks. I hope whomever wins this most excellent giveaway enjoys it fully and embraces the joy to gained from a plant-based diet.
