I have been passionate about the health and environmental benefits of a plant based diet for a few years now and it’s changed my life. Like any imperfect human being I fall of wagon and eat things that don’t serve my body or necessarily the earth, but I am aware and I am learning. I think this course would be amazing! I have an insatiable appetite (excuse the pun) for learning more about food and health and this course would definitely satisfy those cravings :-). Oh how I would love to learn more about plant based cooking! I am living in Norway and not all the vegetables that are mentioned in the cooking books are available here. But there still grows a lot in Norway that we can eat, but we are not aware of, and don`t know how to prepare. I hope I can build up my knowledge, so I can passed it to people here!

I live in overseas in an amazing country where every restaurant and fast food chain delivers. I have not been here for 2 full years yet and I have gained about 11 lbs. Even though everywhere delivers, I also have access to wonderful fruits and vegetables from all over the world just about year round and I would love to stop the deliveries from the high end organic and raw restuarants and do it myself. As a foodie and a nerd, I love to learn about food and I believe that this course is exactly what I need.

Thank you for the opportunity. This course would be a surprise for my 16 year old daughter. She has loved cooking since she was about 9. It totally comes natural to her, she has always had the knack of cooking. She is torn between culinary school and a couple of other careers. This opportunity would give her a boost in her already God given skills and possibly help her to decide what to do in the future.

I would like to really learn the fundamentals of raw food cooking and how I could make it my lifetime career. I have discovered the beautiful and delicious side of eating / preparing food raw through this site and it has changed the way my family and I eat for life. My mother, who has been told by her alternative doctor that raw food CAN heal her, is ecstatic about the delicious tasting raw food on this site and I want to be able to make delicious raw food everyday for her and the family. I have been looking at courses (wholistic nutrition) for years and find that only 1/4 of the curicxulum (sp?) is on nutrition. The other 3/4 of the course is on selling yourself as a nutritional coach. I am 72 years old – do not necessarily want to coach people but would if there people who were willing to listen to good advice.
However I am on a fixed income and connot afford the tuitions of these courses. So I thank you very much for this opportunity to enter for chance to win a paid tuition. Good luck and best wishes to the winner (if it’s not me..lol!)
