I eat healthy so that I never have to go through chemo! I eat 90% raw & love it. I’ve eaten this way for a few years now – vegan about 6 years.

I am facinated by your article and the grinder would really be helpful. I began eating whole foods/veggies in the 70’s feeling it ‘just made sense’ and to be as healthy as possible. I am 69 now and my hair is just starting to have some grey in it. I eat about 60 percent raw food. Thankyou for your website and news letter ♥

I’m eating healthy now because I am so inspired by the recipes I’ve been receiving in my inbox from Rawmazing. I was so impressed that I went to the website and got a whole heap more recipes to try. “RAWMAZING”

I eat healthy to maintain health and vitality, to function physically and mentally in a world of lethargy and fog. I also want to be healthy to model to others that it’s fun and eating healthy tastes good and makes you feel better and helps maintain healthy weight. I want to help others feel great too and I have to start with myself. I don’t know a percentage of raw food that I consume but I buy tons of produce every week and I juice and eat smoothies almost every day and love, love raw vegetable salads. I would say that my body is happier eating raw more in the summer and less in the winter so I vary it with the seasons and the abundance of produce that is available.

I am eating about 90% raw, and love the recipes Susan posts. I have been a vegetarian for 5 years, a vegan for 3 of those, and going raw was just the next natural step (to me!). This is a fantastic giveaway and I’d love to be able to make my own raw flaked oats! Too cool!

My husband and I have been vegan for about 5 years now and have been eating raw sporadically throughout. We have a dehydrator and use it semi-regularly (I can’t get enough kale chips). I have made recipes here on this site, as well as from a couple raw recipe books. My husband and I both need to focus on our health and since we love the flavors and goodness of raw foods, we figure it will be an easy transition. As for percentage of raw, it’s been pretty low lately as we have moved and transferred jobs, but have decided to use this change as a new start. I also have RA and am hoping a diet more focused on raw foods will help with the symptoms.

This Tool would be a wonderful help to make raw granola and other goodies to increase my 50-60% raw diet to 75-80%. Thank you for the opportunity. 🙂

So cool! I eat raw because I care about my future and the future of my children. I strive to educate myself on the physical and psychological affects and benefits of eating how NATURE intended. I was a young mother to a young mother that didn’t teach me these things and have spent the last two years learning myself through hundreds of hours of research. I eat raw to prove that THIS is the only medication we need and a change must happen in our society’s ideas of what food is.
I eat raw to clear systemic candida that was brought on by naturally high estrogen levels, a copper IUD and two rounds of egg donations caused.
I eat raw because my body deserves it and so do my children.

Healthy eating feels like the only way to go. Being in tune with nature and eating her fruitful offerings feels like it’s part of Mother natures perfect plan to keep us healthy and well. I eat about 60-80% raw in the summer and 40-50% in the winter.
