This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

Just started Juicing and changing my (and my family)
lifestyle to Organic Raw. I have recently lost
my mother & a brother to cancer. And a sister
was diagnosed with it also! And I am devastated
over loosing my precious, precious dog to
cancer as well! So I want to give my body
ammunition to fight this good fight for health

My friend started eating healthy and raw as part of a natural way to fight cancer. She inspires me so much. We have also statred eating way more healthy in an effort of showing her our support but it also helps us. We still jave allot to learn and I would say we are about 50% there !! Thanks for the awesome ideas and recipes.

I’ve been eating raw vegan for 5 months now, and I have to say the reason I keep eating this way is because I feel amazing! Not to mention that health wise, I’ve lost over 30 lbs, which got me from being classified as overweight in to a healthy BMI! Being a raw vegan has improved my mood and over all well being so much in such a short span of time, I’m never going back.

I’d say 30% raw and 70% pescatarian; I only ate chicken and fish for years and have cut the chicken out of my diet 5 months ago. I usually eat a Raw lunch (Kale and Cabbage Salad is my absolute fave) and on the weekends I eat raw veggies, fruit and always Tomato Napoleon on Sundays using fresh tomatoes my local farmers market.

I absolutely love veggies and always thought that veggies had to get steamed or sauteed; after putting together a lot of these recipes from Rawmazing- For me; Cauliflower, Brocalli and Parsnip to name a few veggies taste WAY better RAW!

I love to cook; and since discovering the Raw World a few years ago-I can still chop, mix and blend and skip the cooking part and EAT!

I have eaten oatmeal every day for past 8 years to keep my cholesterol down-it is at a low controlled level now, but I would love to get off of the meds.
Winning the Grain Grinder would be an awesome tool to have in my kitchen and making up a couple of the Raw Flaked Oats recipes. Adding this tool would would increase my % of Raw to Cooked ratio!

    Thank you!

I have been health conscious most of my life.Running, weightlifting and pretty much anything
fitness rated interets me. I just emarked on this journey of raw foods about a month ago and I have been seeing many great results. I have so much energy, mental clarity, better moods and just feel happier. I am about 80% raw and hoping to be a positive influence example and inspiration for others.

I live in Texas home to the slogan “everything’s bigger in Texas” and they are not always referring to the cowboy boots. After being diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia and being on medication after medication I decided this year enough is enough. After doing alot of research I found so many studies and testimonials on going raw and reaping the health benefits and in many cases people curing themselves by doing so. I have nothing to lose. Oh, but the 23lbs and counting that is. I’m up to 50% raw and counting. I even have my my meat and potato boys saying when are we have salad again???? Baby steps!
