I am eating healthy because I want to give my body fuel so I have the energy to go on the maximum amount of adventures. I eat 70-80% raw vegan, and I hope to incorporate more raw food into my diet once I invest in a good dehydrator and food processor.

I just discovered your site! Love it! I feel so much better the higher raw I eat. 50% is easy, but I feel better at 80%. Trying!

I am eating healthy because the alternative is exhaustion, fatigue and congestion! I am grateful for the power of being able to make healthy choices and feel great. I’d say I am eating 50% raw on most days… maybe a bit more. Thanks for all your free information you are a blessing to so many.

I had to change my whole Life style for I had Asthma , fibroid Tumors , very low blood count where I had to get 5 or more pints of blood and this all was because I was a Big meat eater , Cereal that had to be drenched in Sugar and Milk , I use to drink lots of sugar water . I was dying until this Elderly Lady who had a Health Food Store was on the radio every week and one day she said she needed a volunteer to help organize Her paper work . So I answered the call and that first day that I had work for Her it went so well that , that evening She had her driver to come to my house with a check and She ask me would I work for her because I had done a grand job. On her way out the door their was a portrait of an elderly lady reading a bible in a rocking chair and when she saw that portrait She said oh my GOD that’s my Mother where did you get that . Well come to find out the same artist that painted the portrait of her mother was my teacher in Art school. I saw that painting on the wall and I fell in love with it so that He let me have It and I had it for about a year. And this Dr. of Naturopathy when she saw the painting she was so grateful she said that was a sign from GOD and from her Mother that I was the one to pass on the great wisdom that was bestowed upon her. Her mother has been deceased for many years. This Dr. was at the time when I mean her was about 70 yrs old standing strong and she was looking for some one to pass the torch to. And that torch went to me she trained me for many years , I mean everything she knew was transfer into me and now I ‘am a Dr of Naturopathy. So I’am very very grateful for this path and I devote all my time into Helping other to Eat to Live just as I had to . I ‘am now a farmer and I work with at risk Teens and Adults teaching them to make better choices in Living a Healther Life.

I choose raw foods like vegetables and fruits because they have more nutrition. They help me feel really healthy and energetic than cooked foods. Of course there are times when I crave cooked food and I don’t deny those for myself. I say I eat about 70% raw. If not, at least 50% of all time.

I have Ulcerative colitis, IBS and Gastroesophageal reflux disease and my doctors basically had no solutions to my chronic pain. In an effort to heal my body I in-braced a vegan lifestyle over a year ago and became 100% raw last August. My body is healing and the doctors are amazed…becoming raw was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!
