Wow, what a wonderful gift! Hi Susan, Im from Spain, and I bought one of your books on line not long ago and I love it! Ive been a vegetarian for some years now and for last 6 months I’ve been doing raw food too. I went to Matthew Kenney’s Academy in Santa Monica and fell in love with RAW. I eat 35% raw.The reason why I eat healthy is because I like taking care of my body, basically because is the engine of our lives. And of course it makes me feel super good and light! Thanks again!

Hi Susan. Thank you for giving ‘feed forward’ as I put it and now the opportunity to press grain and make flour. I was forced to stop and reassess my life three years ago when a simple slip lead to a total life change. I now enjoy every day on this giving planet and have the opportunity to explore all things good for my body of 59 years. I had a Mums Day lunch of raw food with my lovely daughter at a little eatery nearby. And who could pass up the raw cocoa and Banoffi desserts. I would love to experiment with my own bread. Well done! Marilyn

Hi Susan , thank you for the inspiration your wonderful recipes and pictures provide for myself and the many others who subscribe . Healthy eating has been a life long passion of mine. . I go through phases of 100 percent raw to as low as 60 percent but so miss the feeling alive I am soon back to my “normal” of around 80 % it helps with sore joints and an abundance of energy .

What a fabulous giveaway, Susan! I love your site and all of the wonderful recipes. Keep them coming!!! I eat healthy, because my sanity depends on it..LOL. I’ve had IBS for over 15 years and found that I have sensitivities to many foods including dairy, gluten, eggs, etc. I eat 50% raw right now, but find it easier to be higher raw in the spring and summer.

I eat anywhere from 100 percent raw to 25 percent depending on the weather, activity, predilection and delight. For the longest time (seven years) I was almost 100 percent raw (coffee!) and then something changed. I didn’t intend it but I began to have a delightful relationship with ALL nourishment and now I can be raw and cooked in varying ratios and very healthy too. I eat healthy because it delights me to be clear minded and functioning, I do it also to keep me strong and vibrant as my son grows up and I am asked to play soccer, or extend my hours of awake-ness and Mothering. It helps me keep up with him!! (I’m 45 and he is 8…). I have recently started sprouting my own grains to make flours, so I am psyched by the information about this grinder and hopeful I might win it too. Lots of Love to you and thanks for a great website, I have followed it for several years now. Great work!

Hi Susan, thank you for your work! I eat approximatly 70% raw. I try to eat as healthy as I can because I’m sure this is the only way to stay healthy and to avoid all those diseases related to junk food, trans fats, low nutrients diets… I want to be healthy to be able to share a lot of healthy years with my family, specially with my wonderfull 12-years old 🙂

Oooh! I hope this contest isn’t US only! Anyway, I try to eat healthy because I feel better when I eat better! The more bread, carbs and dairy I eat, the more sluggish I feel! I have a long way to go with my eating healthy goals though and I do not eat enough raw. I’m not sure of the percentage but I am allergic to a lot of raw fruits and nuts which slows it down a bit! This tool is just the thing I need to push me to that next level of healthy eating and cooking!

I eat healthy because I plan on living to 120! I have recently turned 30 and celebrated that I am only a 1/4 way through my life. I feel in touch with nature and the world when my body is healthy and clean from the inside. My energy levels are high, my skin radiates and I make better choices when I am nourished with fresh, organic, food. From a humane and ethical point of view, I don’t eat any animals and I have very little free-range organic dairy and eggs from my mom’s happy free range hens.
I average about 75% raw, I am 100% vegetarian and on the road to vegan-ism. It’s a choice that supports the world, the animals, myself and my family.
