I’m at a raw food chef training this week and your book is one of the fabulous finds on the bookshelf! I eat 50-100% raw depending on whether I’m at work (I have a kitchen job) or at play. Thank you for researching equipment to recommend to us.

I love raw foods! I’m probably 75% raw. I eat this way because it makes me feel great! I feel like the body is a miracle and when properly nourished, it will heal itself. I want the most nutrition I can get from every bite.

Wonderful! I heat healthful foods because it makes me feel good. I’m good to my body and in return, my body is good to me! We eat about 30-40% raw. At times, that number goes up to 100%, but typically is less.

Hi Susan, here are my two main reasons why am I eating raw: one is health and the other on is setting an example to my children how to enjoy healthy food (daughter 12 and son 3 y.o.). First we had banana ice cream with strawberry-chia topping for dinner, eat as much as you want. The kids were thrilled!
Recently we established morning routine in having green smoothies; this process took us 3 months 🙂 But it was fun coming up with the stories why we need green smoothies, i.e. for strenght in case a dragon takes a princess away and we have to save her, or for sight if sun explodes and we have to see at dark, or for energy if all the animals run away from the ZOO and we have to take them back, for the skin that gloves without any cosmetics (our son didn’t get that one), etc.
I am 98% raw since sometimes is hard to tell from the package declarations if the nuts are really raw, same for the spices. My husband is 60% raw and our kids are 30-40% raw. We are not aiming to become 100% raw family, rather to compliment our bodies with great food. Comparing what we have been eating 6 months ago, today we are raw rock stars 🙂

Hi, I’ve been a vegan for 5 years now and vegetarian on and off for 5 before that. The more I learn about raw foods the more I love it. I would say that I’m only at 20% raw at the moment but I would really like to increase that. I have a bunch of unknown digestive issues and when I juice, make green smoothies, and avoid gluten they seem to be much better. I recently made a raw keylime pie that was delish and its inspired me to learn more. I love your website and clip most everything to my evernote for safe keeping. Thanks for creating such a great site and for the contest.

I eat healthy due to the effects on my body and mindset as well as needing LOTS of energy and nutrition to breastfeed! I am now more motivated due to having a son and only wanting him to be eating well. We eat around 65% raw

I eat healthy because I am raising 5 grandchildren and they need me to be able to keep up with them! We all are eating raw about 50% but with the garden starting to produce good we are upping that to about 80%. I can really feel the difference in my energy level when I eat raw.

I’m new to the raw food world but I am trying to eat about 60% raw in my diet. I am inspired every time Susan has a new recipe that I can try.

I love your posts Susan! I eat healthier because I feel the difference it makes on my body. I was 100 % raw but now am at 80%. This would be a great addition to my house and it would be another influence for me to continue with healthier eating.
