Grain Grinder and Flaker Give Away!

If you enjoyed the “How to Make Raw Flaked Oats” post, you will love this give-away! It is a grain grinder and grain flaker just for you so you can make your own raw sprouted oat flakes and other raw sprouted flours and flakes!

This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

    I eat healthy in order to stay healthy. I want eat more raw foods, but have a reluctant spouse. I would estimate our percentage at approximately 25%

    I try to maintain a 75-85% raw diet (depending on what day) in order to have more energy, not to get sick with the common flu, to feel better and enjoy life more. Increasing more fruits and vegetables into one’s diet makes life so much more vibrant.

    I eat healthy because I found out three years ago that I was Gluten intolerant, my doctor did not have a clue as to why I was having symptoms for two years, I was my own detective. I also found out I was hypo thyroid and my BP and Cholesterol were high the meds for BP always had side effects so I no longer take them and I have never taken a statin at all. I juice daily and use organic fruits and veggies.I believe I have to take responsibility for my own well being 🙂

    I have recently been introduced to the raw eating style through an awesome little raw restaraunt in my home town. I eat about 90% vegan and as much raw as I can. I am a college student and after going to a raw cooking class I realized pretty quickly that all of the tools to build up my arsenal would be quite expensive! Winning this would be a great way to experience raw food more than I already have been! Thank you!

    I eat raw to try to eliminate future problems because a large percentage of ailments comes from the foods we eat and out eating habits. I eat raw for breakfast and lunch and partially for diner.

    I eat healthy because it makes me feel better. While I fluxuate on my raw percentage, I feel better when it is at least 50% – I love my green smoothies! Thanks for all you do and your great work. It’s rawmazing!

    I eat about 80% raw because I can’t digest meat too well and I’m allergic to dairy. It also gives me tons of energy and I don’t get my migraines as often! Thanks for your blog-it gives me inspiration! and thanks for a chance to win!

    We love reading your emails and blog posts! My family and I eat 80% raw foods. We incorporate the ancient gluten-free, whole grains into our diet. We eat a diet primarily of raw foods because of the amazing energy that this food brings to us each day. Thank you raw food and thank you Susan for inspiring us and having this cool give away!

    I began eating healthier when my son (now 3) began eating solid food. Since I was preparing his meals I made the change for myself as well. I eat about 60% raw food.
