This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

I am a 31 year old mother of 3 (6,5&3). So I am busy busy! On top of that I work from home caring for another child and I have a part time retail job! My husband and I made a commitment to going vegan two years ago and our family has been eating this way since. I have been reading and researching a lot about going raw and slowly I am getting there! So far about 75% raw! We choose to eat this way for the sake of our health, to set an example to our children about what is really good- and needed to eat in a healthy way! Also, my love for all living things plays a major role- and I believe that is setting another huge example for my children- in teachig them compassion. A raw food restaurant opened up in our area- and now we actually go “out” to eat!! I love preparing food for our household, but ocassionaly it is fun to treat ourselves to a raw meal “out”!

I started to eat raw as part of my journey to a healthier me – I was looking for ways to maintain a healthy weight, have more energy, sleep better and start to repair and rebuild my body from the damage and toxins accrued over the years. Along with juicing, eating raw is a big part of this process. I try to eat raw 50 – 60 % of the time!

I strive to have raw living foods the only foods I eat as a way of life. I believe such a lifestyle is ecologically responsible and people would be happier because they would feel better. Also, taking in living foods brings more life to us. Seven out of every ten meals are raw for me. Great, great giveaway:)

I’m eating healthy in order to feel great! I don’t eat wheat due to an allergy, and sometimes go through long periods of not eating meat. When I’m off meat I eat 90% raw, and when I’m ‘on’ meat (as I am now), it’s more like 70%.
Raw food recipes make avoiding wheat and meat easy.

I eat healthy because healthy food tastes and feels better. I eat about 70% raw. Rawmazing is an awesome site, and makes eating raw that much easier (and tastier!)
