This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

Hi Susan,
We eat well to stay well. My daughter has Crohn’s disease and dietary triggers are a big deal at our house. Raw isn’t always the best for her ease of digestion, but we try to eat as much as possible – me more than her. We love your website; your photos and flavors are delicious! Thank-you for the work you do!

After reading the article on sprouted raw oat flakes, I realized it couldn’t be put off any longer: This would be my initial foray into raw fooding. I eat oats in some form or fashion every day as they are my favorite grain. I’ve been wanting to try making my own sprouts out of peas and beans but I’ve been very timid about starting, so when I read your article about sprouting oats I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Sooooo, here I am. My husband and I eat healthy because it’s one way we can keep enjoying life. It makes us feel good and even tho we have our aches and pains, we have no major health issues. I’ll start the oats later this week after a trip to my favorite bulk store and the NorPro Grain Grinder would be an awesome addition to our healthy eating. Right now our raw diet is at about twenty-five percent. I’m hoping this will increase to ~50%. Thanks for the oat sprout article and for the opportunity to win the grinder. (Yes, I realize my life story won’t help me win, but I wanted you to know you’ve been a great inspiration. Thanks again!!)

I have been a vegetarian for many years but I thought eating raw meant eating only salads until I found your site. I was amazed at how many dishes could be made raw. I shared your site with my daughter who is also a vegetarian. I am excited to try some of your recipes.

I like eating healthy food because I can feel directly how it affects both my mind and body. I am on a 70/80% raw food diet depending on the time of the year.

I like to eat healthy because I have personally seen the benefits in changing and halting specific issues that medical Dr’s only wanted to “prescribe” medication for. I no longer need those types of medicine and instead, I have found a passion in learning about food and how it impacts the body. I love learning about this! I assume I eat around a 75% raw diet currently.

Our diet consists of about 1/4 raw. I would love to give this grinder to my son who is a personal chef in LA.

Thanks for your fine efforts to inspire people to eat raw.
Your site is one of the best, and keep up the great work.
Eating raw got me off insulin and I lost 35lbs.
I am about 70% raw and would hope to be closer to 100%.
Thanks
Abakash

I eat healthy because it’s simply the best for everybody. The earth, the producer and my body, and ofc the animals.
People claim it’s selfish to eat trash and meat, but I can’t see how anything that doesn’t gain yourself or anything you believe in as anything else than plain stupid. Also, I try to eat about 50% raw!
Go vegan!

: ) i try to eat healthy not only for myself but for my beautiful 1 1/2 yr. granddaughter Nora. by involving her in gardening and “food prep” it can only inspire her to eat healthy….Nora especially likes to juice!
i also have a booth @ local farmers markets with 70% raw products, hoping to inspire others to eat healthy.
the amount of raw in my diet depends on the season…my body needs some cooked foods during the colder months
thank you for all of your inspiration.
