Susan I love your blog and have your recipe book too! I purchased a dehydrator recently to have more variety with my raw meals. I started eating 90% raw 2 months ago but now I’m eating about 70% raw. I have to prepare 2 meals, one for my picky omnivore husband and for myself. Since I became vegan and started eating raw he slowly is accepting to try things I prepare, seeing what a positive affect its been for my health, body and mind! Thanks for all the rawmazing tips and recipes and helping me through my raw journey. -Sara

Have always eaten healthy. It’s interesting how much my diet has changed over the years. Currently eat about 65-70% raw and about 95% vegan (eat some eggs and occasional fish).

I consume 75-80% raw foods due to a Gluten-Dairy sensitivity that I discovered 13 years ago. When I made the eliminations of all animal dairy, all wheat (and its counterparts), as well as all processed sugars from my diet and went wth whole foods, mostly raw, I was able to completly relieve all inflammitory symptoms that I had lived with for most of my life up to that point. I am in my early 30’s now and living healthy! Would love to incorporate this grinder into my kitchen prep work 🙂

I love RAWMAZING! thank you for all you share! I began eating healthier approx 25 years ago, because my mom had a heart attack when she was 29 and I didn’t want to go down that road. I eat raw approx 85-90%. some days 100%. I love those days.

    thank you!

I eat healthy because I want to feel healthy. I currently eat about 50-75% raw.

I am 70 years young and am a diabetic. I grow my own greens, veggies (spring and summertime only) and eat healthy most of the time. I make my own almond milk. I make “my own” for almost all spices, milks, butters, etc. I do not eat any processed food of any kind. I try to eat about 75% raw, but I do like my vegetables steamed and roasted as well as raw. I also use my dehydrator regularly to dry food and snacks like crackers, etc. Thanks for this opportunity to win the grain grinder.

I am eating healthy because I want to feel vibrant and alive instead of tired and run down. I also want to set a good example for my clients (I am a personal trainer), as well as family and friends. I eat about 70% of my food raw and have enjoyed many of the recipes you have shared with us!
Thank You For the Opportunity to Win This Grinder!
    Sincerely,
    Laurie

I have always been into health and fitness since my highschool years! Only the last couple years have made a shift from a, what I thought was a healthy, “body building type” lifestyle. Now I’m eating about 75% raw and climbing, while also finding that this is best way to truly build the best body ever!

My husband, myself and our three children (13, 8, and 6) all eat at least 85% raw daily. My husband eats more raw than any of us – at least 95%. The exceptions are Ezekiel bread, Vegennaise and hummus. We started making changes to our diet about 10-11 years ago. My husband kept running into men who were in their 30’s and 40’s and all of them were on some kind of medication and had health problems – since he is 9 yrs older than I am, he was praying about what he could do to prevent putting his family through any medical hardships of taking care of a sick husband/father. We felt the Lord leading us to eliminate processed foods, white grains/bread items, sodas, etc. Then we went all organic. Then we started incorporating more raw foods and juicing. Now we eat a mostly raw diet and all feel wonderful! No medications for anyone, no allergies, just healthy bodies! Thanks for offering this grain grinder! Karen4bullittcoop@yahoo.com
