If you enjoyed the “How to Make Raw Flaked Oats” post, you will love this give-away! It is a grain grinder and grain flaker just for you so you can make your own raw sprouted oat flakes and other raw sprouted flours and flakes!
This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

I eat about 70-80% raw. I chose this way of eating to enjoy the best quality of life possible. I wanted to detox, have more energy, and feel more vibrant. I have certainly felt better since adopting this lifestyle!

I eat raw, because I beieve un the science of an alkaline diet. I have felt the benefits, physically,mentally & emotionally. I guess I eat “high raw” where approximately 85-90% is raw.Thankyou for all the great recipes & tips!!

I am eating healthier to heal numerous health issues for which I have been on disability for nearly 7 years.
I am currently eating about 75% raw. It varies and is much higher in the summer time when more fruits are available.

I eat approximately 70% raw and am ever increasing. With my garden growing this summer percentage will increase further….I love to make sprouts and I am so inspired by your recipe for sprouted rolled oats…..and other delicious recipes you post…each is a winner….so much gratitude…..and love….

The birth of my son three years ago inspired a more healthy way of eating and living. That and a strong desire to overcome a problem I have with allergies and eczema. I eat high raw in the warmer months, less so in the Winter. Where I live it gets snowy very cold and not conducive to a high raw diet. I would love to one day own a grain grinder.

We eat healthy as a family and I would venture to say that we eat 60-75% raw. My boys love to cook with me and have an appreciation for where their food comes from… making our own oats would be a great example of that. Not to mention, they LOVE oatmeal.

I love your website!! Beautiful photography. Make you want to eat raw. My journey with raw food has been out of necessity to feel better. I’ve been eating 80-100% raw for 5 years now and it’s the best thing I ever did. So I live to feel good and how I feel is a huge influence. I am a 5 year breast cancer survivor… I started juicing 3 years ago and started to eat more raw foods at that time.. I eat about 75% raw now! 🙂
