We eat 85 % raw. We are completely vegan do to my health. I was taking 14 pills a day, diagnosed with CHF and Diabetes. I am now off all meds and have control of blood sugar and blood pressure. The doctor is mystified as to how I have done it but it was eating mostly raw and all vegetables that have accomplished this goal. Been med free for 6 months and loving it!! Love all your recipes and look forward to more!!!

Winning this grain grinder would be AMAZING! I would love to add this tool to my RAW kitchen. Preparing my own flours for recipes has been a challenge for me. And buying pre-made specialty flours is costly. I’ve been transitioning to a raw vegan diet over the past year primarily for the health benefits of it. I would say I am at least 85% raw vegan, if not more in the summer months when organic vegetables and produce is more readily available. I feel GREAT and can’t believe the changes I’ve noticed inside and out. I’m totally fascinated and motivated by this lifestyle change. Thank you for your website and continued wisdom! I look forward to the newsletter every week 🙂

I adapted to a fully raw vegan diet over the last 5 years and have had such great results. I am more grounded, clearer mind and vision, and full of energy. I am theoretically a fruitian thru the spring summer and fall months, but lean more toward sprouted grains for the winter so this would be awesome to have!!

I eat healthy to keep my body and mind sharp. I love the way I feel everyday and I love seeing how my healthy choices influence the people around me. The energy I get from natural foods and second to none. I eat 99% raw :).

I just began a raw detox and have been eating 90-100% raw! I plan to continue this diet as I have digestive issues and an intolerant/allergic to a number of things. The raw diet has been AMAZING (or should I say RAWMAZING) thus far! Zero stomach issues and my allergies feel much more under control. I have increased NATURAL energy and clarity and don’t have all those cravings for junk foods, meat or anything else not LIVE. This experience has altered my diet, thinking and desires for like and I plan to continue a 80-90% raw diet from here on out. This is the way to live and truly enjoy what’s important in life! Thank you for your great inspiration and wonderful recipes! Good luck everyone!!

My friends all ask me why I eat this way. I tell them that after watching my husband pass from pancreatic cancer I did the research and eating raw is definitely the way to prevent disease. I would say that I am 80-90% raw but all vegan. I have been following the rawmazing site for some time and absolutely love the recipes

I “stumbled” across the concept of eating raw in the summer of 2011 as a result of finding alternatives for treating fibromyalgia for our then 16 year old daughter. I tried a few of recipes and have really enjoyed them. My husband will eat some of them, and he is a meat and potato man. Last Fall I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I am convinced eating raw, more greens, at the very least is best for us. My family is still learning to eat raw but they are not so resistant so I am constantly looking for recipes to try. Thank you for your dedication.

I eat about 50% raw…because of my age. 66 years young. I have been eating healthy since my early 20’s. That is when I started juicing. These days, I keep my diet simple. Salads, soups, homemade panir, sprouted buckwheat and quinoa crepes. I grow my veggies in the summer and currently enjoying fresh asparagus every day.

I started growing my own wheat grass and sunny’s about 3 months ago. Challenging to stay raw. I am probably about 60-70% raw. I do have my rough days though! My mother is battling cancer for the 5th time and my father has just beat cancer. I want to teach my kids, 11 and 13 a whole other way of eating. We try to stay GMO free and buy organic whenever possible. I am a single mom who works full time and just started back to school. Eating healthy and being energized is critical to my success. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the grinder to make cereals and even breads from my Non-GMO organic wheat berries from Nebraska. I have a 40 lb. bucket. That will feed us for awhile : )
