This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

My family began it’s journey to eating healthier, more living foods when one of my children came upon some serious health complications in which western medicine could offer no resolve. I became involved in whole, living foods as a way to boost our immunity, stabilize our bodies, and allow ourselves to heal naturally. Mother nature’s medicine, or plant medicine, as we refer to it. We presently eat approximately 65% raw food and balance that with eating whole foods and grains which are lightly cooked or cooked slowly over time. I am happy to say that we are successfully balancing serious health issues by doing so!

I started a raw diet about three weeks ago and eat about 90% raw food most days. I started after reading about the health benefits. I would like to lose weight and have more energy. One of my children has started eating raw food with me and we love it.

Hello! I eat healthy simply because it makes me feel good. I love cooking and I prefer to cook with whole food and transform it myself… I suppose I have trust issues with the food industry… lol… thought I really just love to do the process myself and I find it powerful to know exactly what’s in my plate. I eat raw (75%) in summer, thought in winter, I find it a little harder… so I’ll say around 40% in winter…
Thanks.. I’d love to make my own flakes.. thought i already make my own flour with my lovely vitamix!

I choose to eat health because I want to be the example for our three young children. Every meal I have the unique opportunity to teach them how their body can heal. Each and everyday we strive to make better food choices, either growing it ourselves or knowing the people who grew it is my first concern. It is a choice we all have to make for ourselves, and no one is perfect in the walk. Making one better decision per day is the thing I am striving for right now. As a family we are at only 20% raw, but especially with everything growing right now, that percentage is increasing! So glad you found a mill that I can be excited about! Thank you, and hoping we win! 😉

I switched to 70% raw. I started it to lose weight and to help with aches, pains, and bad skin, but the reason I stuck with it? It tastes GREAT! I can taste chemicals in processed foods. I only taste healthy goodness in Raw Vegan, and it makes my body feel great too! Now my daughter is going raw with me.

I eat healthy because I want to maintain an excellent quality of life, and spread the joy I get from eating healthy out into my community.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer almost two years ago and ever since then we have found many other health issues to deal with. Eating healthy is not an option! It is what my body needs! Too many years of treating my body badly has resulted in not so fun consequences! I am excited though to be learning so much and maybe be a health coach in the next few years!
I was eating about 75% raw, but now since one new protocol I am on, it is about 60%.
    thanks for the giveaway!

I eat healthy because it makes me feel happy and gives me energy to do the things I love. I feel like I have more to give when I eat healthy food. I probably eat 25% raw, more in the summer when all the fresh produce is so abundant!
