Hi, the reason why I eat healthy is because it makes me feel alive! Eating healthy makes me more energetic and happy in my own skin. Eating healthy or raw may seem more expensive or difficult to come across living in a world where heavily processed foods are more readily available then whole, raw, fresh foods. But I believe I am investing in my own health and future. I eat about 85% raw and makes sure that I’m eating fresh, whole and raw veggies at every. single. meal.

I actually feel a strong vibrational pull toward more of what I know is best for not only my physical body, but my spiritual body as well. I believe healthy eating is a sign of higher consciousness, of self-respect, of honor for the amazing gifts given to us by Source!

I eat a raw foods diet because it helped me heal from hypertension without any medications. I hate labels, such as 100%, 80% and so forth. I do find eating completely raw is when I feel the best, so I stick to 100%. Times when I have eaten other than raw, I really could feel the difference. I don’t know if it is a mental thing, but there are definite physical repercussions i.e. sluggishness, bloating, mucous, and digestive issues.
I’ve been eyeing grain grinder for awhile so, Pick Me, Pick Me!!!

Hi, I love the change in my energy. I eat 80% raw. I was almost dead from lyme disease that was misdiagnosed over and over again, as I lay in pain withering away in my bed. I was lucky enough ( as so many are not) to get treatment from a brilliant doctor who recognized my symptoms and did proper testing in Germany. I have since made an amazing recovery and eat bio and raw mostly, love my dehydrator, sprout and ferment my veggies. etc. I think this would be a wonderful addition to keeping up my health and that of my family.

Colon cancer was my kick-start to raw eating. Never looked back. About 95% raw, the rest lightly steamed veggies, grains. Really appreciate your dedication and inspiration – a loving, sharing spirit is so much a part of living raw!! You are very much loved across the world, lady!

I started eating a more healthy diet after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. I still have a long way to go but I am getting there. Right now I probably eat 30% raw foods but I was a Chef with over 50 years in the business and for most of those years I cooked as well as ate an unhealthy diet. However, I’m happy to say I am now moving in the right direction.

My husband had a heart attack last May, and he has type 2 diabetes. We have been on a year long campaign to eat a healthier diet for both of our sakes. We pretty much eat raw till dinner most nights. But, some nights we ear raw as well with great salads. Especially during the summer when we have our veggie garden going full blast. A grinder/ flaker would be a great addition. Thank you so much for offering your website to those of us trying to make a difference.

I started a raw diet 7 yrs ago and probably maintain 70% raw. It is a challenge at times. An unidentified auto-immune disease give me chronic pain so eating raw helps keep the inflammation down.

I’d love to win this! I usually eat appx. between 60-90% raw, and I choose to do so because it makes me feel amazing! I’ve struggled with food and eating all my life, but going vegan and mostly raw about a year ago (after being vegetarian for 5 years) has allowed me to find peace with food and my body, all while doing the best thing for animals and the earth.
