I have been working at eating healthy for a few years now. My three older siblings have all been diagnosed with cancer and I want the buck to stop there. My eating habits were deplorable. I have come so far. I eat probably 50% raw. my dogs eat raw! Trying to do the right thing!

Thanks for all the help with your website. I bought your books for me and my younger sister. She’s not raw yet but vegan for 6 months. We’re working this eating thing together.

We very quickly changed our eating habits, which were previously considered to be very healthy, after seeing the documentary ‘Food Inc.’ a couple of years ago. After discovering all the disgusting chemicals, growth hormones and antibiotics our supposedly lean & healthy meat cuts actually contained we now purchase only wild salmon from the grocery store and eat as much raw organic produce as possible. I became equipped with as many tools as I could afford to achieve as great a variety of healthy raw foods enabling us to eat raw about 60-70% in the winter and 80-90% during our short remote northern Canadian summers. This would be a fabulous new utensil as I’ve starting sprouting this past year as well. Thank you so much for your wonderfully informative and inspirational web site!

I eat healthy because healthy, raw, enzymatic foods helped me to regain my health after a long battle with fibromyalgia, IBS and food allergies. I am now a Naturopathic Doctor so I can help to educate others on natural healing thru lifestyle. I live what I teach and I have never felt better. I try to consume an 80/20% of raw verses cooked but some days it seems to be more difficult than others. With garden season just starting here where I live it will be much easier to eat raw!

I am eating healthy to sustain consistant energy throughout my day at work and to medicate my endometriosis. I aim to eat 40-50 % of my food raw. This lifestyle has had a massive impact on my life in a positive nature.I wouldn’t change it for any other way and have got a few other hooked!

I love you website and love eating healthy! My husband and I recently went 100% for a week long fast. We ate everything from 100% raw dehydrated pizza, burgers, pasta, soup, and more. We felt so healthy and energized knowing that every single thing we put into our mouths was living and healthy. Thanks for all of your inspiration and creativity!

Hi! I absolutely love incorporating a raw food diet and started on my health journey in 2006 when my husband and I left or Thailand to live there. He inspired me to become more active and I embraced the raw Thai recipes. I managed to lose 40lbs and have successfully kept it off since! We have both inspired many others to live a healthy clean lifestyle by incorporating more raw food into daily eating patterns and have seen the results!! I usually consume about 70% raw food each week but my husband has not quite made it there. Recently I have noticed his sensitivity to wheat and I myself already knew that it was in my system, so this grain grinder would absolutely help us be on this path together!

After weight loss surgery and doing a 21 day vegan challenge I loved the way I felt and the weight I had lost during that challenge. I decided to stick with it and although I am only 60% vegan I love the way I feel, the foods I eat, where they come from and all of the amazing things I have learned in the last 18 mos. I love this site and all of the recipes and ideas- It makes this lifestyle so much easier!

I have always eaten healthy or thought I did. But a few years back I discovered that I am a celiac. This required eliminating all gluten and dairy products to avoid the casseine in dairy as well. That’s when I discovered raw. Raw is the easiest way to eliminate things such as gluten, casseine, eggs, soy and corn products and fill your plate with yummy alternatives. I eat about 70% raw now. It has been a gradual progression. I have been using your recipes regularly and making a yummy granola using sprouted buckwheat and oats. A flaking machine would be a great addition to my busy kitchen. thanks.
