This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

I have been vegan, with lot’s of juicing my own juices for 652 days.. This grinder would be a terrific addition to my little kitchen . My goal is to get 90 to 95% raw, of which I’m about 85/15% now with the Hallelujah Acres Aggressive Recovery Dietary Program. Due to our fund situation with my wife ill and me being on disability for over 15 years, i seldom am able to get New products but settle for good used ones..
I too am in a state of healing for a mass that was found in my lung almost two years ago. The last Ct scan showed it to be slightly smaller, last June..
By the way Miss Susan, I absolutely LOVE YOUR RAW MAZING SITE and have been using many many of your delicious recipes… Thanks so much for all you do to share with us..

I have been a vegan for 30 years now and am learning everyday. In the last 3 years I have really learned alot about raw food eating. My diet consists of 80% raw and 20% cooked except for the last 6 weeks, its been 95% raw and 5% cooked because I am finding all these neat recipes to make and I love to experiment on new recipes. I am a cook at heart and ran my own veggie deli and juice bar for 7 years about 12 years back. I love working with people who want to learn this kind of food preparation and so I teach this kind of eating as well as helping them get well by using herb remedies. I am finding a lot of energy in my day and also do a lot of juicing and smoothies. Live foods for Live bodies!!

I eat about 80 percent raw (up or down depending on time of year). I would LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine and have been looking at them for some time. I sprout oats, kamut, buckwheat, millet and many others. I always make my own flour, but am using the Vitamix dry blade, which is great, but not ideal. The flaker would really expand my ability to create flours.
Love your site!

I started eating healthier after my first child was born 2 years ago and realizing that feeding her raw, homemade foods rather than overprocessed, factory made foods was so much better for her little body regardless of how “inconvenient” it was. Now, I am pregnant with my second child and have been eating about 50% raw as there is limited locally grown produce available during the winter months. I plan on changing that in the coming days though as spring is bringing us a great supply of produce to the local farmers markets!

I’m moving towards a raw food and vegan diet because of the enormous energy you get from eating ‘alive’ foods. I live in a cold country so in the winter its hard to only eat raw. 50% raw in the winter but in the spring, summer is 80%. Especially since the farmer’s market has so many wonderful and delicious fresh food how can you not be raw in the summer!
Love your blog!

I eat healthy because it’s better for my healthy and well-being and because I know that I am what I eat. I am about 5-10% raw. I hope to be more raw in the future and eat less processed and packaged foods. I like to make salads with all different kinds of toppings. I like making delicious green shakes for breakfasts. We usually have a garden in the summers and having fresh vegetables on hand makes it easier to eat raw and healthy. I have been a vegetarian all my life and really cherish fresh food.

I eat healthy because it makes me feel happy, and connected to the food I eat. I’ve been eating 100% raw for the last year and a half, and was vegan prior to that for about 12 years. I’ve never been healthier or happier!

I have been interested increasingly in the past 10 years. I just turned 65 and realize, more clearly, the impact what we eat makes on us. I also would like to inspire others with their health direction. I am more focused in the raw food direction and love your website with all the recipes and helpful ideas. I probably am about 50% raw consistently.

I would love to win the grain grinder since I am entirely gluten free, & fully eating raw now. Lifestyle change entirely. I was thinking I was celiac or it was chrohn’s still awaiting tests SO decided raw foods heal. I feel 100% better and can get back to my daily routine of working in my kitchen. Some days I didn’t want to get out of bed for lack of energy, wanted to hide under the duvet. This tool would be something I would use on a daily basis. I love Rawmazing, I have the ebooks already but I just had to go to Amazon.com and order them all in book format, something about having the real thing in your hands! Thank you Susan for your inspiration, charisma & amazingness! Best recipes ever!
