This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

You can only enter once and the contest closes on Thursday, May 16th at 9:00 am PST. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator. You must answer the questions for your entry to count.

After years of dealing with Eczema that continued to advance over my legs, arms & back, I was advised by a friend to just “go RAW”. I had nothing to lose and went full 100% RAW Vegan. In just months my eczema completely disappeared, and of course I was convinced that all along it had been the food that I was eating. I now maintain an 80/20 raw lifestyle and my health has never been better. Oh, and losing over 40 lbs. is such a welcomed side benefit! It’s RAW Vegan for me!

I eat healthy because I want to stay healthy! I got out of meds and other physical illness juicing and eating raw foods. I go days on raw food. Maximum 5 days. I then eat a little bit of fish with a salad, then go back. I just bought a good Excalibur dehydrator to start making your raw breads. I have the vitamix and the food processor. I am getting my kitchen equiped and ready to go all raw. I just need more ideas on how to cook more raw. I LOVE RAW FOOD!!!!! It makes me feel full and satiated; and I never lack energy. If I crave sweets I do raw desserts and I am happy. I like to have that grinder so my kitchen can be complete (I also need to get your books and then I be complete! :0)

I am in my 70’s and have been on a high raw diet for the past ten years……probably 90 – 95 percent raw. So many of my family members died from various cancers, so for me it is important to “take charge” of our diet and consistently eat for health and happiness, and the health of Mother Earth as well. My husband will be 80 in a couple of weeks. After a recent health exam, his doctor told him he looked like a very healthy 60 year old! I have several pounds of raw oat groats in the refrigerator – the grain grinder would be an amazing tool to have! Love your recipes and photos!

I have especially eaten healthy since fighting cancer in 2013. I eat rawfoods about 90% of the time so I can feel my best.

After being told that I had skin cancer, I decided to take matters into my own hands and start eating raw. It turned out that I got my cheek cut up for no reason, as the pathology report on the biopsy showed it was an allergy and not cancer. Although my cheek is now scared, it was a relief. I went to see an iridologist, and she confirmed that I did not have cancer, but that my lymph nodes were swollen, my kidney and pancreas were enlarged and that it was just a matter of time, before I really did get cancer. That scared me enough to change my eating habits, and by eating 80-85% raw, I now have more energy, my concentration at work is so much better, my memory is back, and my eyes are turning blue. Who knew all these changes could occur because of a change in diet. The only challenge I have left is that I still cheat with chocolate treats, but I’m working on it.
Everyday I look forward to your new recipes. I’ve tried the Raw Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake and really impressed my non-raw eating friends. I served it with a fresh strawberry coulis made with strawberries and a bit of maple syrup. YUMMY! It was a hit. All that to say, win or not win the grinder, I am eternally grateful for your website. It has literally saved me for future cancers and I think I’m getting younger inside instead of aging. Thanks,

I’ve always tried to be health conscious and I eat most of my food as close to it’s natural state as possible. Our food is being overprocessed and way too many unnecessary additives are being put into it. There’s no doubt that my food choices each and every day will add up to living a longer, healthier, independent life. I really enjoy exploring your posts for new, delicious ideas.
