This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

I am trying to eat more raw foods to build my health back up. Of course I’d love to lose weight in the process, but increased and prolonged health is my objective. I prepare/cook gluten free as well. About a year and a half ago I had my first introduction to raw food…raw ravioli made with thinly sliced turnip as the pasta and a raw spaghetti sauce …I don’t even like cooked turnip…it was all fantastic and a real eye opener. I am thrilled that there are so many informative people in the raw food world willing to share their knowlegde, recipes and tips…it is all so helpful. At this point, I’m eating about 70% raw daily, however there are occasional regressions, but even the regressions are healthier. I cater lunch a couple of times a week to students at the local naturopathic college … it basically helps me stay on track, I offer two entree options a day, at least one is raw, GF, vegan, sometimes both options are. I eat the leftover ingredients, but not hte rice … they really like rice. I’m not eating much fruit as I am battling candida, but I do love to juice, so I need to start doing that more, I know I can get my level of raw higher if I do and help me on my journey to wellness. Thanks for all you do!

I want to make a change in my life. Not only for me but my kids also. I want them to know that it is a life style and not choice.

I am eating healthy because I come from a family with a lot of healthy issues, and I am doing my part to stay away from them.

At least, 3 days a week I am fully raw!!!

    Rawmazing and I rawk!!!

I believe that we have a responsibility to take care of our bodies the best way we know how. In view of that, I am trying to incorporate more raw foods into my diet. It is a work in progress, and at times is very challenging given my busy schedule, but your website is very helpful. Thank you for what you do!

I eat a lot of raw foods. I’ve been making raw granola, soaked and dehydrated seeds and nuts, raw desserts. I love eating raw foods because I feel healthy and energetic.

I am in the transition phase of eating raw since the end of April when my Blendtec Blender arrived on my doorstep. I suffer from migraines and daily headaches and stopped taking a daily prescription to prevent them and am hoping a raw food diet will help to reduce my headaches and migraines. My husband also has ulcerative colitis and I am hoping to help him in to remission. Right now being in transition we are about 50% raw.

I eat healthy because I want to be INFUSED with aliveness!!! I want to feel the ecstatic energy of spirit move through this body vessel! I want to dance, jump, run, and love with radiance! I eat 70% fresh fruits and veggies along with very simple whole cooked foods rounding out my diet.
    Sending Love!
