To be a paragon of proof that we are what we eat. My health wish, if it isn’t obvious, is to be radiant with the right frequency, sometimes known as happy.

My biggest personal health wish(s)
– let go of negative beliefs and ideas about my whole body (inside and out)
– to create a healthier me through new ideas, better food (go raw food!) and more exercise
– help others with their health by setting a positive example
– and smile more 🙂

In the last two years i have been diagnosed with two skin cancers… im only 25, after being told by my dermatologist this will be a reoccurring problem for the rest of my life i decided i would start the raw food journey. I truly believe what you eat can effect and alter your health in body and mind. My biggest wish is to change this in my life and prove my doctor wrong

I’m hoping for a thinner, happier, healthier life based on eating well (raw) more often than not …

Hi my biggest health wish for me being on the raw food is to have more energy and to get rid of my sinus – also my big big biggest one is to keep my husband alive and well as he has type 1 diabetes as well as diverticulitus (have never tried spelling that one before so forgive me if it is incorrect ) and so far is doing very well on the raw food with no medication required 😉 and I am so sorry but I know I must be disqualified because I have 3 wishes – the third is to educate my 8 yr old daughter on healthy food so she has a much better understanding of healthy living than I ever did at that age 😉

I hope that through food and proper nutrition I will be able to leave behind the world of medications, illness and physical dysfunction I have been trapped in for so many years of my life. It’s time to be HEALTHY!

My biggest health wish is to enjoy my food more… a lot of times I look at food as a chemistry experiment, trying to get the most nutrients and have the right balance of fats, proteins, etc. Some of my meals are just not that exciting because they are just a formula rather than a creative and sense appealing dish.

My biggest wish is to successfully recover from my adrenal fatique as well as prevent it from happening again. I tend to work too much at too high of a pace without feeding my body what it needs and giving it time to rest. This is unfortunately a common problem in the US today; however, I pushed way too hard and am now suffering the consequences. The good news is that I have learned so much about nutrition and health that I will hopefully be a able to live a happier life than I would have before!
