My wish, is to obtain a level of stable, consistent health. And to know how to address any snags if they should happen to occur….but prayfully not: )

The biggest concern I have for my health and longevity is remaining cancer free throughout my life. I have not known one family member in my nearly 26 years of life to die of anything but. Both of my mother’s grandparents and her mother, my fathers parents and my mother’s brother and uncle. As I began to learn about this diet and the miraculous health that accompanies it was all I needed to know. My son and I are not 100% but we eat as raw as my sporadic and limited time allows (60%+) I am so happy to be where I am and can’t wait to graduate so I can have a little more time to devote and plan these delicious and healthy meals.

Love your content. Keep up the good work.

    Best,

    Josh

My biggest health wish is to start an exercise program so I can be in shape. I know it’s an important part of being healthy but can’t seem to get it going…

Love the positivity behind your entries, great idea! 🙂
My biggest personal health wish is actually to continue to be as healthy as possible through a raw diet and being active not just for myself, but to live by example. I don’t want to preach, I don’t want to turn people away or make them feel discouraged or annoyed, I just want people to know that health is something they can do for themselves because they deserve it, and just a little reframing of diet, exercise, and attitude is really all you need!

My biggest health wish is for all humans to develop and awaken to what our potential interconnectivity sustainability project could be.
