My biggest health wish is that I can heal my digestive system through my diet, and that I can live in good health, spreading my knowledge of whole living foods to others.

My biggest health wish is to become disciplined in my eating habits…I have made a choice to change those, but sometimes sticking to those is kinda hard. No overeating and no giving in into what I KNOW isn’t good for my health is probably my biggest challenge.

I am still working at it but I am intent on reaching a point where I no longer need the 8 prescriptions I am currently taking. My doctors are amazed at the changes in my labs over the last 10 months. I need now to commit to a more physically active lifestyle in addition to maintaining a mostly raw diet to make this a reality.

I have high cholesterol and need to lose weight. My spouse and son need to get healthy as well and they are willing to make the changes necessary. If it weren’t for this website I wouldn’t know where to start. Starting this week I plan on making the changes in my grocery list. thanks Paul

I wish to continue to eat only healthy, unprocessed foods that will optimize my health and help me avoid worsening my heart disease. I love vegetables and fruits–all organic. I love the equipment we purchased such as our dehydrator (raw crackers, yeah!), our Vitamix, and our two juicers. Real food tastes so good!
