My biggest wish would be to prevent what seems inevitable when I consider the number of people that have been affected by cancer in my family. Three out of four of my grandparents have passed away from different types of cancers (one at a very young age), and more cancer is spreading through their offspring, my aunts and uncles. As of right now, I am generally healthy. I eat well and stay physically active but I am concerned about the future. I believe that food plays a huge part in prevention and would like to learn more!

I wish that I could rid my body of whatever toxin causes a large rash on my shoulders and arms. I’ve had it for eight years and no one i’ve talked to can explain what it is or what a cause may be. I feel like it is my body’s response to the toxins invading my system and I hope to use raw food to heal myself of that 🙂

My biggest health wish is to regain the habit of daily exercise. I struggle. If I can add that to the improvements I have made in my diet and professional life I will truely realize my awesomeness!
I am an exercise addict! I exercise every day and love it. It is who I am.

That I would have the strength of mind to always choose what is best for my body (long-term perspective). We do pretty good around here, but I know personally I could do better. Longing for a consistent energy level. We were raw for 9 months but realized my son and newly home daughter (from Haiti) has yeast infections (needed to break from vinegars, all sugars, berries, etc). Made it difficult and I’m praying for wisdom.

My biggest health wish would be to live what I believe to be true – to stop being a hypocrite. I am so good at teaching others about the raw food lifestyle, but somehow fail when it comes to myself.

My wish would be that my brothrs and sisters would follow my example of healthy eating and realize many of the health problems they are experiencing is a direct result of what they are putting into their mouths!

I’ve lived most of my life being very overweight. It is so horrible for your organs as well as your spirit. I’ve recently had lap-band surgery to assist me in weight lose, and it it working! For the past few years, and especially now that I have had my surgery, I think much more about what I eat. I’m always watching out for my friends and family members as well. My biggest personal health wish is for grocery stores to lower prices of produce and health foods. They jack up costs for no reason. If restaurants and grocery stores offered healthy foods more with better prices, maybe people would pass up that huge greasy hamburger for chicken salad or a veggie tray. Upsell the good stuff, and stop trying to pump people full of chemicals. I have changed so much and I feel wonderful. I wish everyone could experience that change from being bogged down and ill to being energetic and healthy.
