The biggest challenge with raw food is the region I live in which has very little organic fruits and vegetables during the winter months when I need to be the most focused on eating healthy.

My biggest challenge is having 3 children and an Italian husband at home that are hard to please feeding them healthy raw food. It also takes a lot of raw food to feed all the people!

Probably my biggest challenge staying raw is socializing and eating out. There’s usually a salad on the menu everywhere, but often not much else. And when invited to friends’ houses, I usually end up offering to brin something I’ll want to eat…but sometimes that seems so ungracious

I just have to be honest. While I am working from 9 am to 5 pm others around me are eating alot of cooked foods. I struggle at times to enjoy my raw snacks while the aroma of cooked foods are surrounding me in the office. I have overcome many obstacles but this is the top struggle.

My biggest challenge weighs about 170# and is 6 feet tall…yep, likes raw foods that other folks prepare, but doesn’t believe that I can make raw foods that he likes. He buys kale chips and loves them, but when I make them…not so much.
