Our biggest challenge is not eating the whole vegan cheesecakes ourselves. We love to share but raw is so good sometimes it’s a challenge!

My biggest challenge with raw food, and I am 75% and many days 100% raw for 3 1/2 years now, is non-raw food people who have never heard about it and if they have, they sort of make fun or light of the subject.

I’m just starting out. The biggest challenge for me is staying motivated. I look at the recipes and think of how great they taste and how much they will improve my health. Then I see my husband eating a cookie, or my co-workers go out for burgers, or I reach for the Cheetos… It seems increasingly important to surround myself with better food choices.

I love eating raw, but my biggest challenge is coming up with new ways to use veggies!
The cost of everything here in Vermont is very high = challenge #2!

Getting the kids (ages 2,3 and 5 years) to eat raw meals is a challenge! And to go along with that, finding the time to make two meals (one for them and one for me). We did just find a winner with your curry carrot salad: Everybody loved and devoured it! Thank you!!

My biggest challenge with raw food is the expense. My grocery bill has doubled — but I’m much healthier and happier. 🙂

My biggest challenge is finding the time to shop for and make all the delicious recipes I am finding. I don’t have a background in cooking so I find I need to study and learn a lot. But I am gradually getting faster and more skilled. It’s a challenge that has so many built in rewards and a sense of discovery and excitement -I can’t wait to get around the next bend in the road.
