Biggest challenge is power. We are off-grid and cannot use a lot of power-hungry appliances like the food processor, dehydrator, and VitaMix. I relied on those on-grid…a lot… but now I need manual tools/appliances that are efficient and use little to no power for chopping, food processing, high-speed blending, and dehydrating.

By biggest challenge in eating raw is that I crave bad food and don’t feel like eating the raw I can do it half day but kater I don’t feel satisfied by just eating raw. I’m new at this and maybe just need to get used to it.

My biggest challenge is to get my family and my self used to eat more raw food!!!!
since I grew up loving eating and learning to cook Mexican food!!!
so the transition is hard, but not impossible!

My biggest challenge would be traveling. Having a good compact blender to take with me to make decent green smoothies!

The most challenging part of eating raw for me is dinner! It’s easy for me to stay RAW all day, but in the evening I want to eat something that is super delish! Just eating salads and cut up veggies for dinner is too boring! So I’m always trying to find something new to make, but am limited because all I have is a blender. This is the first time I’ve ever left a comment, so I also want to say thank you so much for all of your yummy inspiring emails! I hope that one day, I’m as good as you are at making RAW dishes!! 😉
