My biggest challenge is making frequent trips to the grocery store or farmer’s market AND the extra time it takes to prepare some fresh fruits and vegetables. I have MG, a neuromuscular disease which causes weakness in the voluntary muscles, so all physical activities (even peeling, slicing, and dicing) are a challenge. But I know that I will feel better overall if I eat raw foods!

My biggest challenge with raw is getting the texture correct so there isn’t tons of tiny chunks of raw food.

My biggest challenge is finding recipes that are appealing to my husband and kids (ages 6 & 8).

After the past 6 months of crazy ENT difficulties (including having to be silent completely for 10 weeks) and having subsequent swallow difficulties and muscle spasming leading to left sided weakness called thoracic outlet syndrome as it damaged connected nerves, I had to rely on puréed things for weeks during testing etc. it was getting a varied diet during this period to build up my immune system and my left sided remaining difficulties mean that it is still tricky to prepare everything. So grateful though for being able to eat solid food again! Think this was even worse than the not talking lol! 🙂

I love raw, cooking for my hubby who does not like raw gets distracting and I cave and just eat what he is eating. I need this.. its simple, would be quick, and I can be prepped ahead of time. 🙂
My life can be more simplified.. I am all for that!! Thanks for the awesome giveaway!!

By far my biggest challenge is travelling, which is why a Nutri-Bullet would be fantastic! For our next vacation I’m doing my best to prepare so I’ll have what I need to eat right.

My biggest challenge for raw foods is the steep learning curve! I’ve been eating salads, fruits and veggies my whole life, but I only started exploring “raw” foods in the last year. It takes a lot of time and energy to learn how to prepare raw foods when you’re used to cooking everything. Nevertheless, I love raw and intend to keep experimenting!

I find it difficult to plan ahead to have all the required ingredients on hand for delicious recipes. Sometimes I buy the fresh ingredients but then don’t feel up to the preparation and they go to waste. Sad but true!

Staying with it I try to eat high raw and some times I do well at making all the snacks and prepping for the week. Other times it all falls threw the cracks and I don’t have my raw pantry pulled together.
