My biggest challenge would be proper preparation and planning. I am a full time 9-1-1 dispatcher, wife and mother. My family is on board with healthy alternatives but proper planning ahead with 10-15 hour workdays can be a challenge. When I want to eat fully raw I tend to fall back on raw fruits and veggies alone because of my time crunch, then I get bored with the selection.

Planning ahead and convincing my husband to eat it are my two biggest challenges. I like to make a meal plan for the week, but when the thought hits for the mango broccoli avocado salad, my ingredients are usually not fresh!

My biggest challenge is having time to prepare delicious raw foods with work and frequent traveling. Especially difficult when traveling thru Latin America and to India where raw produce needs to be cleaned well.

..lack of follow through on my part. I can look at all the wonderful recipes I want but I need to partner with someone on a raw diet if I’m going to commit. Accountability is key, I know it. I just need to follow through!

I am still learning the timing of raw foods. But my biggest challenge is my long work hours. I have to do a lot of prep to bring enough with me to feed me 10 hours.

Nutri Bullet sounds like the way to go to get all the fruits & veggies and nuts & seeds into our body.
Hope I win one:)

My biggest challenge is moving from simple raw to more sophisticated raw, using new tools and recipes. I like simple raw, but there are so many recipes I want to try that I know I’d love but just haven’t made that leap yet to exploring all there is.

Well I have to say my biggest challenge with eating raw,
Is having the right tools to make the variety of dishes that are necessary
to use in order to make the complete lifestyle change to raw.
Raw dishes are gourmet and life giving . Thank you for educating
and encouraging us all to eat raw !
One Love !!
