My biggest challenge in eating raw is consuming enough calories without having to eat so much high fat foods like avacados which make me feel sluggish afterwards if I eat lots of it. If I eat mainly fruits and veggies, which I prefer, I find that I lose too much weight!

My hardest challenge is coming from a Spanish household with the ability to ONLY eat raw foods. I’ve learned to prepare my fruits daily however I do not get the chance to blend my fruits. That would be such a great opportunity to quick up the process. I also go to school and work full time so I have such little time to prepare my food.

biggest challenge…not having it as an option at most functions! I live in Minnesota, land of the hot-dish…not the cold-dish!

My biggest challenge is planning meals in advance. I just don’t like to do it. Or, I get busy, and then decide to have something for dinner and realize I don’t have enough time to do it :{ Many times things have to be pre-soaked, or need to be dehydrated, etc., and there’s no way to do it in 3 hours.

My biggest challenge with raw food is keeping it exciting. I am slowly acquiring a list of my favorite dishes, and am slowly learning how new devices like a juicer sure help to expand the possibilities. Excited to possibly get my hands on a nurti-bullet!!

Getting in raw at home is fine. Away from home is the challenge. Would love to have a traveling NutriBullet

My biggest challenge is to get my whole family on raw food, so that I don’t have to prepare several meals a day after working full time!!! the magic bullet would be a great help to stay raw at work and on locations. I have to say I have never eaten so good in my life as I do since on a raw food diet and I never have felt better! I am addicted to smoothies and raw food.

My biggest challenge is navigating raw foods with my reticent girlfriend in tow. It’s hard to maintain a supply of food for two different diets when she doesn’t feel like being raw! A Nutri-bullet would be great for making single servings for myself!

Menu planning and prep are my biggest challenges to the raw food diet. The time to menu plan and coordinate using foods in multiple dishes is huge. Would love to see a book on this with many sample menus.
