I have two big challenges: 1. The time it takes to prepare. I always love the outcome, but somedays I just don’t have enough time to get it all done; 2. My kids – they love the desserts, but not the entrees as much. Despite the challenges I do my best and forge ahead, some days I do better than others 🙂

My biggest challenge with raw food is dehydrating and understanding the timing of it to get the best texture.
Thank you for your amazing blog, blocks and recipes, everything is so inspiring!!!

My biggest challenge with eating raw (right now) is that I’m breastfeeding and I find it challenging to eat enough to produce milk for my growing 8 month old:) I don’t know if it’s like this for all women but I feel like I have to eat a ton in order to keep up with my daughter while eating raw:)

My biggest challenge is really doing the prep work – I have the recipes, I go shopping, get it put up in the refrigerator. When my sweetie looks in the frig and says “there’s nothing to eat” I realize that I don’t have time to make the meal, so we end up with something simple and boring.

Probably the biggest challenge staying raw is socializing and eating out. There’s usually a salad or something boring on the menu everywhere, but often not much else. And when invited to friends’ houses, I usually end up offering to bring something I’ll want to eat/can eat…but sometimes that seems so…not right?

My biggest challenge is coming up with a plan. I can’t seem to get a system to do like 3 raw meals a week…I make smoothies, do Rejuvelac, grow wheatgrass when I can, but I don’t do anything regularly..It is my brain, more than the food itself ,I’m afraid.

My biggest challenge is trying to decide what raw recipe to try next lol. Serioulsy though, I enjoy finding new raw recipes to try out and especially when I share them with my daughters who are both physically challenged. I love how raw food makes me feel and know that I’m passing that benefit on to both my girls and that makes me feel so happy.

I have been eating raw for almost 9 months, at least 90 % of my day, but I am the only one eating raw at my house. It makes it very difficult to be 100% good.

My biggest challenge with raw food is all the prep time when there’s something that pleases my tastes that’s SOOO convenient and SOOO easy and SOOO not good for me.
