My biggest challenge with a raw food diet seems to be just sticking with it. I tend to eat for comfort and if I’m feeling positive then raw is no prob. It is when I get discouraged that I drift back into old habits.

My challenges are figuring out portions. Some things take awhile and when it’s done we either want way more than I planned or I have harder to freeze things that no one is eating fast enough.

My biggest problem with raw food, is the amount of time it takes to prepare when I’m short of time. But I try not to view this as a problem… I just try to plan better. Thanks for the opportunity to win! 🙂

Not being able to eat warm foods

My biggest challenge is preparing easy and simple lunch and dinner for one person. Buying fresh produce for one person means a lot of it spoils before I can use it… and recipes with a little bit of a lot of different veggies makes it expensive to buy and prepare.
    thanks for all you do!

My biggest challenge is sticking to this way of eating when my family doesn’t eat this way.

My biggest challenge with raw foods is going the distance… I can eat pretty clean and then whammo, travel emotional set backs, PMS, and my loving partner can send me running back pronto to cozy, warm, packaged and white. Oh my…However, I do love nourishing my good senses as much as I love a give-a-way. Thanks for gifting one of us lucky ones.

My biggest challenge is a personal trait of being so eager and impatient, that I find myself eating all of the ingredients individually! 🙂 I find the ingredients so tasty by themselves!

My biggest challenge is the zeal with which I purchase produce! But our family is shrinking and with just my husband and me… the vitamix is often too big for those quick, no left-over smoothies! The bullet seems to be the perfect size for empty-nesters for whom raw and healthy is key to an active life of 60 and beyond!
