My biggest challenge is re-training myself. I’m 77 and used to cooking fabulous meals. I know I need to eat raw and do it sporadically. I do green smoothies every day for a week, then get lazy and don’t want to prepare anything!
I think I need to simplify my recipe and make smaller portions.

My biggest challenge is my family’s views against the lifestyle. My father thinks by not eating meat, I’m not feeding my muscles, one muscle being my heart (I know!). Having my family support what I do means a lot to me, and I’ve been feeling somewhat guilty to start again. Pray for me and I’ll pray for y’all! God bless!

My biggest challenge was to stop eating cheese and rice! But I found good enough replacements to keep on with my raw diet!

My biggest challenge is finding the time, every day, to prepare my meals. Eating a whole foods diet just takes time. I seriously fantasize about having a sous chef just to wash, chop and organize my fresh fruits and veggies. It has got to be tough for people who work and cook for their families. I guess keeping it as simple as possible is best. I find on weekends I like to exist on smoothies and juices. Unfortunately, I am lured in by recipes that have several components or need dehydrating, etc.
