Definitely planning ahead while traveling. I get very cranky when I’m hungry and am often in places with limited options!

A challenge for me is stepping out of my comfort zone. I have started making raw protein bites but my next step really is to bite the bullet (pardon the pun!) and start making raw main meals….and something I’ve alwasy wanted to try – a raw cheesecake! x

My biggest challenge is my husband eats raw for his diabeties and I have to eat steamed. This nutri-bullet would be a blessing in my kitchen.

My biggest challenge is going raw for an extended period. Say, more than a month. I have been able to juice fast for twenty one days. But when it comes to going raw I always seem to give into cooked foods. I am attempting to start a 3-5 day raw food diet tomorrow. Do you have any tips?

My biggest problem is having enough prep time. Am preparing for a week of fall camping (tenting) in northern Yukon and should have had more sprouted and dehydrated recipes prepped in advance! We’ll just have to feed our souls on the spectacular beauty of the fall colours (fall comes here about a month early). Thanks always for your amazing web site!!! Kim:)

Planning is hardest. Breakfast is easiest to eat raw. I am the cook in a 2 person household, BF eats meat, planning just vegan meals with “meat on the side” for BF was challenging, adding raw in the mix has made it even more so. It has been a work in process, I try to incorporate as much raw as possible and your recipes are are so easy and appealing to many tastes. I stay away from complicated raw productions and complex spicing in order to avoid making multiple meals. I feel better and that encourages.
