Time can sometime be a challenge

This would be great to keep at work and have healthy options available. I would be more inclined to bring in fruits and veggies for smoothies to blend for snacks/meals at work.

Being a raw foodist has been challenging. I LOVE the way I feel when I eat raw! The easiest part of eating raw are the smoothies. I had a TriBest personal blender that I used till its death. I have been contplating purchasing a Vita Mix but hate the fact it heats the ingrediants being blended. I have been using my Mega Mixand it is just not the same as a personal blender.
Not living in an area that Raw food is widly accepted has been my biggest challenge along with a partner who does not do Raw foods at all due to many allergies.
I truley believe that Raw Food is the way to live and be healthy!

My biggest challenge with eating raw is the prep time and keep it interesting. Breakfast is usually a smoothie, which is quick and always delicious, but lunch and dinner aren’t always so easier and fun.

My biggest challenge is preparing food for guests at family/friend gatherings who don’t appreciate or value eating raw foods. Why should I pay $25 a pound for superfood ingredients when they will be eating processed foods at their next opportunity? Sometimes they won’t even taste my food, even though others love it and ask for recipes. Seems that education is the answer, but that door doesn’t always open.
Thank you for such great recipes!

Hi! I have been working hard to make a full transition! I would say one of the hardest challenges for me is being on the go and eating on the fly. I have to get better at the planning!!!! I also have to say getting used to the new lifestyle (food prep habits, purchasing habits, etc) is sometimes challenging for me….but I’m determined!!!!!

I am constantly trying to cut down on the amount of TIME that’s involved with loving raw food. I spend hours standing at my juicer… so a food processor or blender seems like food prep light speed to me!

This biggest challenge I face is planning ahead and preparation. Like most families, we are always on the go so we don’t eat as raw as we would like to.

Since I’m very new to the raw foods concept (and simply just “curious” at this point), there are seemingly several challenges! Finding hot dishes, getting used to the textures, learning how to make a few simple recipes, and dealing with the fact that’s it’s (more) expensive… But our health & vibrancy are worth! I’ll get there 🙂 PS: I do love the desserts already, haha.
