My biggest challenge is planning ahead well enough and having consistent motivation as other things demand my time.
I have a slow RPM juicer and truly enjoy the taste of the juices that come from using it and have come up with some great smoothie combinations that I make with the blender. I will get going juicing and making smoothies but then grow tired of having to wash the juicer or large blender so much. So, then, I will fund myself slacking until I stop until the next round of juicing and blending.
I do eat other raw foods (more so veggies as I am not big on fruit unless it is coconut, pineapple, wild blueberries, lemons, limes, or watermelon) but not as much as I should as I do still have a taste for some cooked foods.
Another challenge is trying to find appropriate food when eating out.

My biggest challenge is planning and allowing enough time to make delicious raw meals so I don’t have to make salads my main staple for meals.

My biggest challenge is eating all the food in the newbie raw challenge. Since starting raw with the smoothie challenge, I find that i am satisfied & full much sooner than before. But my challenge has turned into an opportunity to introduce my husband to raw. He hates wasting food, so he shares my food and seems to enjoy it. Especially the brownies. Btw, since starting the plan about three weeks ago, I’ve lost at least 10lbs. I am sold on Rawtarian living!

I am an athlete and I eat about 3,500 calories per day. To get all these calories in raw form, it is a lot of volume, lots of foods. I do love to eat and chew, but still, sometimes I just feel like having a cooked oatmeal or potato… The amount of calories in raw foods seems challenging. I do about 80% raw, occasionally I cook some carbs.

Planning & taking time to prepare is probably my biggest challenge. Love your site, scrumptious & beautiful food!

The dishes. When I started anther blogger mentioned how easy it was to prepare raw food and clean up afterwards. Its not true–atleast not for me. I’m a college student and my apartment doesn’t have a dish washer. I can easily fill a whole sink with dishes with just one meal!

My biggest challenge is finding things that are good on the go! I am always on the go with my job & school. I want to eat healthier, it’s just challenging to manage the time. The Nurtibullet would be a big help to my hectic schedule.

Getting organized, planning, others in house not raw…and last but not least I travel to family and they are not raw.
