My biggest challenge with raw food is the variety of food.

One challenge I face with going raw is actually going raw 🙂 As an active camper, traveler, and nomad, it can be hard not to eat what’s “Free” or dumpster dived or freely given by friends! I want to stay true to myself and my soul diet, which is raw vegan <3
Thank you Rawmazing for the inspiration & this opportunity!!

Being that I have a pretty tiny frame and I lose weight too easily, I find it very difficult to maintain a good weight when eating primarily raw foods at times. I don’t like to eat an over abundance of ‘healthy’ fat because then I feel sluggish, as for instance, I can eat just one avocado a day or about half a raw coconut before I feel nauseous. However, a very great way for me to keep supplying energy to my body is smoothies and raw soups, but it can be difficult carrying around a blender when traveling (which I do a lot). The nutri-bullet seems pretty ideal for my lifestyle.

Biggest challenge is dining away from home.

My biggest challenge is scheduling enough time to prepare meals so that I’m not starving or being stared at by a starving family thus taking a short-cut…ie carrots and walnut butter. It takes time to make “dishes” and to make sure there is variety, but it is worth it.

    Hi!
Thanks for the opportunity to win a Nutribullet! It looks amazing!
My biggest challenge around going all raw is winter north of Toronto……..hot soups soothe my soul when all is snowy!

My biggest challenge is time. I get in a rut making the same things over and over and need to spend the time looking for new recipes ahead of time, not throwing something together when I hungry and rushed.

My biggest challenge is cost as well. The cost of the necessary equipment to make many raw meals and the cost of the organic vegetables. I have still yet to purchase a dehydrator and a juicer. The nutrition bullet would be a nice addition to make smaller servings.

Not having a supportive community is my biggest challenge. I am the one and only raw vegan (and just vegan) in my group of friends and community. As much as I share my creations with people, and as much as they love the food I make, it still can be very isolating being the only one.
