Our biggest challenge is that we have to prepare most of it day in advance but if I am all day out with kids that is impossible.

I would love to have the chance to have a Nutri-Bullet to start my new eating lifestyle. Sadly without sufficient income, one can easily succumb to eating a variety of unhealthy options. It would appear that after 35 years in poverty I have been looking for a healthy affordable way to make changes to my diet. I have recently eliminated meat and only eat salmon, raw veggies, fruits, seeds and herbs. My challenge in maintaining a healthy eating plan is preparing quick breakfast meals when I have to get four kids ready for school before rushing off to work; a Nutri-Bullet would be the best kitchen tool to get the job done! Loving your site! Thanks 🙂

I have a busy schedule so it is difficult have enough time to soak, cut, chop, assemble in order to eat on time for meals. One thing that has helped is to make extra for leftovers or freezing when appropriate.

I think the most difficult challenge I have is prep especially when I want more variety in my meals. Meal selection/size, dehydration and soaking all take coordination/planning and working full time with lengthy drives in both directions has me running out doors quickly, grabbing whatever I can at lunch and skipping dinner to meet evening obligations. Having said that, I have gotten a bit better… Thanks again Susan for your fantastic recipes and inspiration.

Oohh-the challenges of raw food!! Where do I start?
Number one on my list is convenience. If food
hasn’t been prepared in advance, then I go hungry
or it’s nuts!! Making sure you have a well balanced
raw diet on the go isn’t easy 😉

My biggest challenge with eating raw would be our long winters here in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The produce season is short and selections for locally grown produce can be very limited in the winter.

It is really hard to stay on a diet while traveling, especially when you are staying with relatives who have their own way of cooking. The Nutri Bullet would provide an easy way to stay on task.

My biggest challenge is keeping raw foods on hands. I have an organic garden and purchase what I can’t/don’t grow – but I either run out of produce OR it goes bad before I can eat it all. Unfortunately, I don’t live fairly close to a Farmer’s Market or natural grocery to stock up several times a week.

The biggest challenge for me is planning meals around my class and work schedule. I typically take food with me due to the lack of healthy options of campus.
