Primarily my biggest challenge is being prepared!! It’s long been my plan to keep a small (but awesome) blender at work so that I can keep a supply of fruit/veg in the fridge and just whiz something up when I’m hungry!! I soooooooo would love to win this!! 😀

My biggest challenge is to continue eating raw after trying new recipes, which means investing money and time in them, only to be disappointed in the results. I purchased an expensive dehydrator and other tools and books. but haven’t been pleased with the results of many dishes.

I think getting up and running with the pantry to remain rock can sometimes be a challenge. In order to have variety in the diet there are a lot of little products that one might not normally have. This is what we found

Well when it comes to Raw food it’s all about the sauce, so the challenge was to make entrees without being boring.
When you can combine your old habits to the new raw diet, you can still make it a memory with the sauce taste.
    Mmmmm mmmm good

My biggest challenge since going raw a month ago has been the tummy troubles. It’s been really rough on me. That said, I love so many aspects of the raw food lifestyle, I’ve discovered some delicious recipes, and I am following the advice of a trained raw food chef to ensure I get enough nutrients (green juice, green smoothies + raw recipes). Thanks for the giveaway!

The biggest challenge I ever had preparing raw food was when I was working as a chef in a small town in Costa Rica. I had to prepare food 3 times a day for a group of ladies on an extremely limited diet, for over a week with very little or even working equipment. I had to dehydrate things in the sun with a thermometer. My refrigerator kept breaking. I burnt through 2 food processors. I was very limited to what food I could purchase cause they don’t really supply many grocery stores down there with raw friendly food. With a little imagination and a whole lot of stress I was able to pull it off. Many of the ladies said it was some of the best food they had ever had. Now that I am in the USA it has been a lot easier to prepare raw food and have converted a lot of people however I will never forget the caveman like tactics I had to use while living in Costa Rica.
