It is packing up the juicer/blender when I’m on the road! I travel from RV to condo almost every weekend to follow my hubby with his work and this compact blender would make things so much easier! Please! Pick me! 🙂

My biggest challenge is my Husband he is a meat and potato man and has no interest in changing his eating habit’s. I’m new to raw but love the food I have been doing a lot of green juicing plus smoothies and salad’s to keep all my greens from going bad before being able to eat all of them I juice them and freeze them so I have my drink’s in a freezer bag all I have o do in morning is grab a bag throw into juicer or blender and have salads made up in advance with dressing in small container then all in zip lock bag lunch made cut’s down on time I feel so much better since starting. My goal is to cure some of my illness.

I think my biggest challenge with raw food, is trying to keep myself warm with food. Being a Kapha, I try to keep myself full of warming foods and it can be challenging at times when traveling or when I’m on the go to find foods that will keep me well digested and warm.

My greatest challenge eating raw food is also in the preparation. Just planning for one meal takes a lot of gathering. Trying to become 100% raw overnight is not going to happen, small baby steps and watch your confidence grow. There is nothing more satisfying than raw nutritious enzyme rich food.

My biggest challenge is not being able to take my blender to work with me.

My greatest challenge eating raw food is being prepared with all the ingredients etc. Just planning for one meal takes a lot of gathering, but having completed Raw Food Lessons with the most amazing lady here in Adelaide, South Australia, (Remedy Bliss) she makes it look so easy and effortless, that with very small steps, just plan for one raw meal a day, then when you feel confident that you know what is required move on to the next, maybe just start with breakfast, try a few see what you like the most, then you can move on to another part of the day. Trying to become 100% raw overnight is not going to happen, small baby steps and watch your confidence grow. Its all about the taste and there is nothing more satisfying than raw nutritious enzyme rich food.

My biggest challenge with raw food is having a family of four I prepare meals for who do not desire to eat all raw. While I am cooking their food I get hungry, and it is hard to resist the cooked food, and spend more time making raw food for myself instead.

Getting my kids to eat it. We have a family of 9 with some very picky eaters!
