My biggest challenge is having enough time to prepare, along with not knowing how much calories and fat to consume to maintain a healthily weight.

My challenges with raw food are the cost for good and fresh organic food plus the time it takes to prepare. I need something that’s quick, easy, and yummy at the same time.

We are currently living remotely and the biggest challenge it to get good healthy organic food out here as it can take a while via post. However, by shear determination I am sticking to eating healthy no matter what! Thank you for your amazing recipes it gives me further inspiration to keep eating healthy!

What isn’t a challenge…lol I’m knew and learning. Probably the biggest challenge right now is lack of knowledge and not sure where to begin. 🙂

My biggest challenge is trying to be raw in a non raw world. You really have to plan ahead and always have food with you when you’re on the go. In theory that’s not so bad, but when you’re crunched for time it’d be nice to have more options in restaurants, groceries, etc.

My biggest challenge is getting out of the learned habits of childhood of what/how to eat.

My biggest challenge with raw is getting my teenage children to try the wonderful creations I have made for them!! My husband is completely on board and I experiment freely on him….this has been a wonderful adventure. I have never been more creative in the kitchen than since I’ve been raw. I have been fully raw since the end of April and I am never going back! The only exception is the occasional steamed vegetable (when it’s cold ) that I puree into a delicious soup.

My biggest challenge: I live in a small city and going out to eat or grabbing something to go is difficult because there aren’t very many options here yet.
